A view with a dramatic sky of the big dome of Saint Peter (called by locals “Er Cupolone”) in Vatican City, with some roofs of Rome.
The picture is taken from Villa Borghese terrace which grants a view on the whole city.

Rome, a reflection of the famous Castel Sant Angelo and Ponte Sant Angelo, on the calm water of the Tiber River at the golden hour close to sunset. My luck filled the sky with fantastic clouds providing a really dramatic background.

Wandering around Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome, I meet this actor masked as death, I just waited he turned in my direction and I shooted. Think the result, with the old man on the right, the young man on the left, the white statue of an angel behind, is a little harassing but interesting.

One of the many narrow alleys which compose the old harbor zone of the famous city of Genova. The sensation to walk in a ancient labirynth grows stronger at every step and at every bend.

I’ve decided to dedicate some of my time and photos to one of cities I love most in the world, the city of Genoa. Genova aka “La Superba” (The Superb), is one of the famous “Maritime Republics”, the city-states which flourished during the Middle Ages. One of the most fascinating zone of the City is the one just behind the Old Harbor, built of a Daedalus of narrow alleys and lanes is populated by one of the most great ethnic variety I’ve seen in Italy, and which just in a seaport city can be found. Being close to my home, it will be easy to get there and develop a whole project based on several photos taken during different period of the year. Enjoy the travel!
